All rooms have self catering facilities.
We offer a room service breakfast menu that you may purchase items from.
The tariffs listed below are for ROOM ONLY and do not include breakfast.

Checkout is a leisurely 10am. However, a late checkout is often available - just ask Barbara and Warren for assistance.
We accept Visa, Bankcard and American Express for your convenience. No cheques unless prior arrangements made.

Cancellation Policy
Major event periods and long weekends: Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the date(s) booked with full refund of any deposits paid.
Other times: Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the date(s) booked with full refund of any deposits paid.
